Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and federal holidays).

Orders placed after 12:00 PM PST may be processed the following business day.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, including tracking information.

We do not guarantee same-day shipping.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

We ship via major U.S. carriers, including USPS and UPS.

Estimated delivery times:

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (if selected at checkout)

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather, or peak season congestion may impact delivery timelines.

We may offer free shipping promotions at our discretion. Promotional shipping offers apply only to qualifying orders within the continental United States.

Domestic Shipping Only

We currently ship within the United States only.

Due to varying international regulations regarding hemp-derived CBD products, we do not ship internationally.

We do not ship to U.S. territories where hemp-derived CBD restrictions apply.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If a package is returned due to:

Incorrect or incomplete address

Refusal of delivery

Failure to retrieve from carrier

Reshipping fees will apply.

We are not responsible for lost packages resulting from incorrect address entry.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If tracking shows delivered but you did not receive your package:

Contact the carrier first to open a claim

Then notify us within 5 days of the marked delivery date

We are not responsible for theft after confirmed delivery.

If a package is lost in transit, we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue. Replacement or refund decisions are made after carrier confirmation.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged:

Notify us within 7 days of delivery

Provide photos of the product and packaging

Include your order number

We will replace or refund the damaged item at our discretion.

Hemp-Derived CBD Compliance Notice

All products contain federally legal hemp-derived CBD (≤0.3% THC) and comply with the 2018 Farm Bill.

Products are shipped in accordance with applicable federal regulations. Customers are responsible for understanding local laws regarding hemp-derived products in their state.


Shipping Restrictions

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse shipments to addresses that:

Violate federal or state hemp regulations

Appear fraudulent

Are flagged by our payment processor

 

RETURNS

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee (First-Time Purchases Only)

If you are not satisfied with your first purchase of a specific product, you may request a refund within 30 days of delivery confirmation.

Eligibility requirements:

  • Applies to first-time purchases of a specific SKU only
  • Product must have been purchased directly from melroseessentials.com
  • Request must be submitted within 30 days of confirmed delivery
  • Limit one refund per product type per customer

If approved, you will receive a refund to your original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

We reserve the right to deny repeat refund requests.

Returns – Unopened Products

Unopened, unused products may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Conditions:

  • Product must be sealed and in original packaging
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • Tracking is required
  • Items marked “Final Sale” are not eligible

Once received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.


Opened Products

Due to health and safety regulations for topical products, opened products are not eligible for return unless covered under the first-time satisfaction guarantee or damaged/defective policy.

We do not restock or resell returned skincare items.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Notify us within 7 days of delivery
  • Provide photos of the product and packaging
  • Include your order number

We will replace the item or issue a refund at our discretion.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards
  • Final sale items
  • Subscription refill shipments beyond 14 days from delivery
  • Products purchased from third-party retailers

Subscription Orders

Subscriptions may be canceled or modified at any time before the next billing date through your account portal.

Refunds are not issued for subscription orders once shipped.

Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are issued to the original form of payment within 5–10 business days after approval. Processing times may vary depending on your bank.

Chargebacks & Fraud Prevention

We reserve the right to deny refunds in cases of suspected abuse, fraud, or excessive return activity.
